Purpose
Live-System is a live DVD / USB / NFS build and install tool written for Arch, Debian (Ubuntu, …) and Slackware64 Linux:
- The CD/DVD ISO can be flashed to an USB key and supports UEFI as well as legacy (BIOS) booting.
- It contains all the necessary to convert an installed system to a live system and vice-versa.
- It is an unintrusive solution that uses system kernel and boot scripts and doesn’t need any specific configuration.
- It supports persistent data and WiFi configuration.
Take a look at the LiNomad system for a demonstration.
